Health is the main thing in life. To create a personal or family health physically or spiritually, then we need to reflect a healthy life.Health is the level of functional or metabolic efficiency of a living being. In humans, it is the general condition of a person‘s mind, body and spirit, usually meaning to be free from illness, injury or pain. To get a healthy life we can make a good activity.
How to get a healthy life ?
The first stage to get a healthy life is do physical training regularly. Physical training can be done by regular exercise every day. So, the condition of the body’s health will be maintained. If we always regularly every day, your body will get used to doing activities that cause fatigue.
And the second step to get a healthy life is drink water minimum eight cup a day. With drinking water every day, your body will be able to block the entry of various diseases. Water can help smooth the body and can help the kidneys to function properly. Water will be easily digested and accepted by the kidneys, to be discarded at the time of urination. Advance through the stages or processes to remove urine. Kidney will survive and function properly, if you regularly drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.
And the third, eating healthy foods. A healthy diet, can affect personal health itself. Good food can be easily digested by the body, and produces an energy to be able to indulge in everyday situations. The food is good content, can increase the strength in the body, therefore, Eat healthy foods every day that contains lots of vitamins and fiber normally.
And the last, getting enough sleep at least 7 to 8 hours. The body also needs adequate rest. Sleep at least 7 to 8 hours, so the body is always moving all the time, can take control again as usual. Organs inside the body, always moving, therefore, enough sleep can petrified organ of our body in order to buffer rest.
In conclusion, we need to create a healthy habit to want to live a healthy life. with regular exercise, eating healthy foods, and adequate rest. So, in this way will be able to help our bodies to function properly.
